- Constructed using vacuum infusion which results in a stronger, lighter part as compared to “open mold layups” which are done by hand and result in a resin saturated part. Less resin results in a stronger part that weighs less!
- The layup schedule includes both carbon fiber and Innegra (Kevlar like material which is lighter than water) which provides high strength in addition to impact and abrasion resistance.
- The inner tub uses a lightweight, anti-impact core material to prevent rock dings and cracks.
- The carbon fiber is wrapped in a high-gloss, self-healing vinyl wrap to prevent scratches and UV damage.
